The Democratic Renaissance Project The Democratic Renaissance Project consists of Associates, a core group of progressives who believe in the DRP’s principles and values and shape the DRP by developing new ideas, writing white papers, and running conferences. Democratic Renaissance Forums The DRP also coordinates Democratic Renaissance Forums (DRFs). DRFs engage progressives through discussion groups around the country. Meeting on a frequent basis, discussions engage progressive ideas and philosophy, new policy ideas and challenges, and political realities and strategy. They are a place for dialogue and for common learning. At each meeting, participants read a classic or notable work of progressive thought or an essay presented by another participant.
